um this isn't rumor, when comcadt bought out AT&T's systems, ctis got the contracts, I know this because we were offered the positions of trainers for some of the systems. it was gonna be our job to teach the others the comcast specs. my manager got moved down to jax to switch that system over, so I know it is NOT rumors, as to just how far they will go, that remains to be seen. and they are also turning the contractors into employees, as well as price changes, more to come.
