could you use a guy like me????

I am a young guy who wants to grow with a company. I have been in cable for only 5 years. In that five years I started digging ditches. Then got into running trenchers, and a little bit of directon bore. After that did spliceing coax undergroud, aerial, and mdu's. While doing splicing ran out of cable to splice so i was put on a construction crew and learned how to build plant. When I thought I had everything covered I learned about sweep, proof, and ingress.I am currently a certification supervisor in the southeast and job might be shut down my company has other jobs in USA just wanted to know what else is out there for me.
