I want to thank everyone for the suggestions. If anyone has other ideas, please drop me a note.
The handbook is for the individual subcontractor. Customer service will definitely be addressed as well as safety, and insurance (more ideas in this area would help). Ethics will be discussed in the beginning of the handbook.
Any tips about good things to know or do would be appreciated. I'm looking for those things that people learn after having been around a while or things you should just know.
