The down 30 testpoint and putting the tap on the output of the LE's is for the 750 Mhz. generation gear. The humps seen in the forward response is taken out by using the FSC-1 and FSC-2 peaker. I worked with Antec on developing the FSC-2 which corrects for the double hump which seemed to be generated by Antec passives. You can also take out some of the high end response issue's on the minibridgers by either taken out the factory stuffed interstage peaker and putting in a MEQ-J or sometimes it helps it out if you put in the interstage peaker that comes in the LE's.
