The quality of craftsmenship is not the question here, I don't care who you are good or bad there is one thing on this earth no one can control " THE CUSTOMER "!!!! You can't tell the customer, NO you can't move to Europe because I don't want a charge back. I don't care if you lost your job you better keep the service so I don't get a charge back. Yes I will tell DTV if you buy that ILLEGAL access card, I don't want to get a charge back. I don't think an installer should be charged back for something that is TOTALLY BEYOND the control of the installer or Directv. It is another bogus way for DTV to recover some of there loses if a customer drops their service. There is only one word I can think of for this scam, " WRONG "!!!!! This type of dirty buisness should be ILLEGAL no matter how you look at it.
