Any question about taxes, should be answered by a tax consultant .
--- "this I am not..." therefore, I have found out the hard way.
If you intend to file your company taxes, involving deductions, contractors, subcontractors, ... without having an understanding of the forms, filing information, and instructions of how to file, and the EVER changing tax laws, you might be better off "right now", to seek professional assistance.

If, you want to muddle through the benefits and defaults of filing yourself, then seek all the help you need at:
http://www.irs.gov
It is appearent that you are either costing your company OR your contractors and subs money.
