Man I might have seen that truck In gary Indiana, I got out of cable and now drive a truck doing oversize loads in chicago and northwest Indiana. There are alot of contractors doing alot of work here In northwest Indiana and the chicago area. I believe I seen It along cline ave and 80-94 pulling fiber In gary Indiana on 1-26-04.
