They owe a few contractors money, including us (47K). And according to the collection agency we hired to try to collect the debt, they have at least one pending lawsuit against them. We were advised to discontinue collection efforts as even if we obtained a judgement, it would still most likely be uncollectable due to a perfected security interest in their accounts filed by a finance company and also due to a small state tax warrant against them as well. Bad monkey's, watch your back!
