I would review the forms #TWCC 81-85 and see which best suits your needs. Consult with your insurance rep., accountant and lawyer. On Job injuries can be expensive. People have a tendency to follow the money. As boss and owner you are the one with the most money. Your customer had you sign a contract with a hold harmless agreement in it, most likely, so he is clear. You’re on the hot seat for the claim unless you have protected you and your firm properly.
