Charter - Louisiana News?

Anybody else hear that Charter had a big meeting last week in Louisiana and is going to give all of their work to one of the big companies (MasTek, Dycom, CCG, etc.?) I heard that the local manager is not going to be allowed to use any contractor not currently Charter corporate approved, and that they will not use local companies anymore for any of their work. I also heard that Charter was going to limit the amount of work that can be subbed by these "big boys", and that a majority of the work must be done by in-house employees of these companies. Any other info would be welcomed, as I see this as just another way to "go low" on pricing and further depress and already depressed industry by forcing the local to either work directly for the Prime as in-house for pennies or get shut out completely..........
