It's Dyna Tek, unless they've taken up a "new" dba. And, according to A.G. Adjustments, our collection agency out of New York, our company is not the only one that has been or is in the process of collections or other attempts to collect monies owed. According to an attorney associated with A.G., he presently has another case against them which is currently in suit. In our case, the sheriff had not been able to serve any paperwork on a corporate officer and, "A UCC search reveals that Tully Finance, a division of Lazarian & Asociates, Inc. holds a perfected security interest in debtor's accounts receivable and there is a small unpaid state tax warrant against the corporation." We were advised to not move forward as any judgement obtained would most likely be uncollected. So, we are writing off Dyna Tek and the $47k they owe us. If you are still waiting for a check, good luck, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Unless, brother Steve came out of his divorce with something more than the shirt on his back.
