who has been hurt by Cir. cty

was wondering, -who has been hurt by CC and why????
While I have been sticking my nose in and polling other peoples in other sources, I have been finding out that CC is pretty corrupt in ways that are unimagineable to todays work standards.
They charge $700 to the customer for some job and figure 40% goes to the actual people doing the work.
This is at least the info that I have received-while more of you may dis-agree, I would like to hear the "pro's and con's" of simple opinions. Thanks for your time. I am only interested in the venture that might -or not- be available.....
