As a Broadcast Television Chief Engineer I can tell you that the Ghost Cancellor will not eliminate your electrical problem. That is a problem that can be ingressing from miles away, especially on VHF Channels 2-6. This type of problem us usually generated from bad electrical insulaors on the lines...bad grounds on the electrical nuetural....a whole host of things can contribuate to your problem. Alot of times you can us a AM radio and track down the interfering source. Then call power company to fix problem.
