Need help in locating a AT&T/ComCast cable Junstion Box keys........
I landed a contract (November 2002)with a large condo unit to provide Satellite TV service to thes Homeowner. There is no cable service in the area, but Comcast hopes to have service in the area in the next few months. The problem I'm having is that Comcast has installed there cable boxes on each of the buildings, and locked them. So everytime we need to activate a new homeowner we have to call Comcast and have them dispatch a unit to our location to unlock the junction box. I have requested repeatedly for a key but is has fallen on deaf ears. The techs that come out get mad because they had to make a trip to out, but were they (Comcast) did not install/own the cable lines, and we have a signed Right Of Entry (ROE) with the builder and property management company there's not much they can say. We have solved the issue on all new buildings by running our own cable lines, but that doesn't help matters on the existing structures. Can anyone tell me where I can buy the Keys and maybe even the boxes???
Any information would be greatly appreaciated.
