I've never worked for TVT and don't know anything about their business practices but I know Tim Reynolds. Tim is a good man, I have never heard of him screwing anyone. I don't know where your coming from but be aware of how high the cost of living is in Nor. Cal., a 1 bedroom apt. is going to run you $1000 to $1500 a month depending on what your requirements are.
