Pay offs and politics. Put all that hard work in, take on maintenance that you loose money on, just so it leads to something better down the road, then have someone waltz in and take it. What ever happened to loyalty to locals who can handle it? I bet driving a truck sucks this time of year. Good luck and I hope things work out.
