Building a list

I am attepmting to build a list of contractors from across the nation, so when we are granted work from a company I can simply call people on that list. If interested email me back at (-REDACTED-) list your information such as ariel/UG construction or both, how far you are willing travel, what state you are based from, what type of work you can perform. This would be for 1099 independents. We have several projects currently lined up for 04 and pushing daily for more. Most projects have two week turn around on pay you will know before you start. all projects in 03 were two weeks. I need to move quickly so tell some other cabl bar veiwers about this list. I think having someone look for you instead of you looking for work sounds good. Thanks for your info and look forward to working with you.
