I do not have a number for you, but ask to speak to Carlos Brown or Edmundo Garcia (both speak english) . If they are not there, possibly Sr Jose Guanti (TEPAL) or Anna Pfifer (GM) may give you some information. They would be able to give you any information on what is happening in that region and all speak english. I was there in 1995 and all were there. Tell them I said hello if you contact any of them.
