Since you signed on for the Verified account before this, it doesn't cost you anything for the remainder of the term. Use the forms in the Navigate menu at the top of the screen to create the ads then submit to save to your account. Go on to the Check-out screen to send the ads for listing. Your check-out will total 0 but that form must still be submitted or else the ads won't be listed. Check the "no credit card info" box before pressing Submit to allow it to go through without it.

Anyone who didn't sign up for Verified pays $10 per ad right now.
