Most everyone that does quality work and maintains proper records seldom need to worry about getting paid. Once in a while, they may have to work out the details as to when and how, but rarely have to worry about "if" or "why not?". As for Utilicom, their situation came at a time that was less than fortunate to many. It also says something for both parties that Utilicom was paid during that same time frame.
