Always wise to ask for help. You did not say where in the build process you are.
Mentioned by others are the questions about franchise, right of entyr and pole attachemnt agreements in and solid.
Have you set up a budget for make ready?
Or are you going to be going 100% underground
How is your insurance and performance bonds
Have you done an RF signal survey at NTSC Analog and at Digital frequnices? Or are you planning on picking up the locals via a direct feed? Do you have someone with a lot of data expernice for the headend?
