I have located, mapped, designed, aquired local government franchises, D.O.T. permitting, make ready, pole lease agreements from Utility Co., financing, construction, sales, installation of customers, stand by power supplies, and the head-ends, complete with towers, dishes and lease agreements for the head-end sites, for nine small systems, from two-six thousand homes passed.
