This is Ed Buxton of Digital Connections, Inc. First of all, we have over 300 installation companies that work with us all of which get paid,even when we don't. We have never EVER had a complaint that we have not paid.If there is a payment issue it would have been resolved immediately.And as for Mr. Cooper ,you have been very aggresive, rude,and unprofessional in the emails you have sent to our office which a copy will not be posted to embarass you. We wish you well but did not have enough work in your area to keep a new installer busy. We appreciate your candor but have accepted the fact that you are an individual we are choosing not to use in the future.Good Luck.For all other installers:Thanks for the great year and hope you continue to grow with us in 2004.
