Just my personal observation here is if you would be completely sure of yourself that the ERROR or PROBLEM is the SITE and not either YOUR ERROR or OVERSIGHT before posting a complaint! Then ADMIN would have more time freed up from answering posts that should not be and able to spend more time either upgrading the site or maybe even..........
