North Dakota based company so we know cold. There is a company that is called Whites that makes a snowpack for linemen. They have made them with a steel shank in the sole so that you are able to climb in them when needed. They come knee high like your line boots and the liners come out so you can put them on a boot dryer at night. They are very warm and waterproof but doesn't hurt to buy the waterproofing in a spray can and apply that as well. As far as your face the fleece face masks are the warmest but youll need to buy three of them so you can change thoughout the day because they get wet and freeze from you breath, that way you have a nice dry one in the truck waiting for you. Double socks and dryness are very important. Best advice though is GO SOUTH!! HaHa. Hopes this helps
