Hey guy! I'll have to agree with the the guys who advise
you not to get involved in the construction. to much
overhead and the pricing is not that great for the amount
of headache. a bucket truck is nice but there is still some
rear easement out there. I'd go after splicing and activation
lot less work and the overhead is less. Good luck
