Yes, Technically. But Dnsc Told Us Absolutely Do Not Install Them If There Wasn't A 40 Degree Clear Line Of Sight. (20 Degrees On Either Side) And They Are Nothing Like Directv. This Dish Is Bigger Than The Old Primestar Dish. The Directv Phase 3 Dish Can Be Installed And Tracked In, And The Cable Ran In The Time It Takes To Put The Superdish Together!
