Well we got our email today but we were turned down :( Hope someone else had better luck!
here is the email we received:

There are many factors that have potentially effected this decision, including (but not limited to) timing, your requested job classification code and your requested country code. After December 10th you will no longer be able to log into the web site to modify your application. If you wish to reapply, please wait until after December 11th to submit a new application. This will increase your chances of being matched with a new issue of job assignments. You may apply for the same country/job assignments or you may change your requested country/job assignments at that time. You will be reconsidered in our next round of application screening in mid December. Thank you again for your time and effort.
