This is ASZ in one of the Carolina's. Is this the same company your talking about? You know, I wonder about all these "contracts". What ever happened to the days when a person was only as good as their word? What ever happened to honesty and integrity and work ethic? People got greedy, and now it seems like everyone wants to stick it to ya before you stick it to them. We are subbed with a few different "guys" and none of us have any contracts between us. We are just honest and truthful with one another and this is working out just fine. Maybe there is a need for contracts with some people, but the last guy we had a contract with was a real jerk.
He violated his own contract SEVERAL TIMES. And what makes these contracts so "legal" anyway? The ONE we signed was not in the presence of an attorney,
it was never notarized... nothing. It's not worth the paper it was written on, and I have always heard, "Contracts can be broken." And they can be.
