Look for any power capacitor banks they usually will have these on timers or a demand type setting IE during the day when load is high they like to throw crap out. HAd same type problem in chicago with off-air. bad capacitor bank. If you have a analyzer and a spare feedhorn use it for searching if not use a AM radio
