AMC's former owner Mike Johnson is one of the owners of Amtech. They did buy one company in the Northeast, it was Sunrise Cable. The problem is that Sunrise was a crappy company to begin with. So with the addition of AMC they will be a company that does crappy work and doesn't pay there techs. They also were just kicked out of half of the systems in Comcast for poor quality and bad supervision.
