Is Direcway Really Worth It?

I Have Been Thinking Of Getting Involved In The Installation (& Possible Sales) Of Direcway. I Have Someone Willing To Pay For Me To Get Certified If I Will Install For Him. Is It Really Worth It, (Is There Good Money In It) Or Are The Headaches Just Too Great? Any Info Would Help. Thanks!
