I had the similar problem after getting my new XP/USB computer. Radio Shack sells a "9-pin to USB" cable with a disc for about $25.00 or so.
NOTE: You will also need a "null modem" adaptor connected to the 9-pin connector. The assembly WILL NOT work without it. Radio Shack also sells that for about another $8 or so.
After your "null modem" adaptor and "USB/9-pin cable" is hooked to the computer, instal the disc in the "A:" drive and follow the installation procedure. When the installation is complete and the computer recognizes the new device/cable to the USB port, hook the cable to stealth as normal and it should work as before. Remember to re-boot the computer after installation of the USB device disc.
