I agree completly with prgrssv, a lock box is there for security purposes. It's much easier to steal cable tv than it is to steal satellite, if the drop isn't terminated at the pole. If it's not i've known pleanty of people to hand someone $50 bucks for card to plug into their receiver of sat or cable. I've also known people that un-plug their phone lines from the back of the receiver every night so that they can rack up their ppv's and not get charged. There has also been times when the forget to do so and have a $550+ bill for un paid ppv's. There're plus sides to both. Now the point of people bragging about $$$$. Good for you all and hope you're all happy. It seems like most of the sat installers though tend to screw over the customer by marking up prices so that you guys go home happy with a fat wad of cash. While us cable guys are given set prices. Some of us are in it for the customers, not for our own good. I mean aren't we supposed to be in it for the customers?
