thank you very much cablemn86. i have argued (as you can probably tell from all of my posts) with these guys for over a week now. them telling me that because i make anywhere from $1800 to $2500 a week, consistently, (gross) that i "must" be cutting corners. that is not true at all. i do excellent work, and so do my techs. it is called, "busting your ass". i do dish and directv, i pay my guys $70 and $20 (sometimes $25) depending on my pay. thanks for your input, its nice to have another sat dude on here that has a clue. i used to do cable tv and went broke!
