You are looking for Stealthware, which I believe is not free. According to Acterna's website, Stealthware is compatible with the CLI series, the SDA series and Microstealth series meters, and should work on XP. If you have an older version, Acterna has an upgrade available at their website: http://www.acterna.com/global/products/descriptions/StealthWare/index.html
