Well dont know anything about your software per-se BUT, As an experienced PC service tech I can tell you your biggest problem is that your using windows ME. Save yourself ALOT of headaches and spend a hundred bucks at staples and get windows XP upgrade, Likely to be the last OS you'll need for several years.
