OSP copper question

I dont know if this is the correct forum for OSP copper questions but if it is I would appreciate some help.....My QA is telling me my newly installed 1800 pr copper cable has to read 100 ohms across every pair. I am qustioning that because I thought the size and length of the cable would make for differnt readings. What I have is about a 5000' run of 26AWG 1800 pr cable. Can anyone help me out with some info on this topic or point me in the right directon. Thanks in advance.
