Good question!!! I have not been in a system who has active broadband over power operating. We all know the level of noise on the power companies neutral now so I would'nt suspect this will cause us any more issues.
Put yu analyser on the verticle ground some day and take a look at it. Caution: Please don't electrocute yourself. Use the veritcal ground and just touch your test lead to it. You can also do this in the headend you will be suprised at the amplitude of crap on the ground between 5-50MHZ.
