I don't have the facts in front of me but I've heard that the COX, Orange County system is one of the highest penetrated markets in the US. north of 65% (i'll check on this). The reasons vary bit I beleive the system has a crack technical staff; highly motivated and intelligent marketing staff; and the entire management team probably works well as a "TEAM" with the common goal of being the best. Some of those people came to work for Charter over the past year and I can personally vouch for their knowledge and intensity to succeed. Again, I'll follow up with more details on the actual penetration later. DH
