Very well put. I had worked for a company that this happened to. I recieved a letter from the lawyers saying I was do some cash. Me and about 500 other guys. It wiped the company out.

If you are not working as a licensed contractor, your an employee. Therefore subject to the Federal Employment Regulations. The employer is required to match Socical Security & Unemployment Insurance, and pay Workmans Comp. The employer is also required to pay time & a-half, piece & a-half, or foot & a-half for over 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, or both.
