Workmans Comp "ghost"

I was wondering if anyone knew about this policy. I got it last year and it is about to expire. This policy doesnt cover me or anyone else, it is basically just something to cover the company i work for. Does anyone know of anything i can do to save myself $750 for nothing and still keep the company from being held reliable. This is for the state of Alabama. Any help is greatly appreciated.
