Re:ANYONE KNOW ABOUT COMCAST???


Comcast is one of the top four cable companies in the world...the way systems are managed varies system to system so you could work at a good one or bad one depending upon the management at that system...I worked for Comcast in Ft. Wayne, IN, West Palm Beach, FL and then in Dothan, AL....They are just like all the rest of the cable companies all over...In house pay sucks...always has,and probably always will...but the benies kinda make up for it...good vacation, insurance, 401K, but usually only give small raises,,,, You can make a living there, but be prepared to have your wife work too.
>All I can say is I contracted to them once and I will never do it again. The way I saw it, everyone working inhouse would screw the guy next to them just to protect their job. This only goes for the Comcast in Southern Ca.
