180 connect is a good company. I have worked for them 2 different times in Orlando. I liked the company, but I had to bust my rear to clear 700 a week. The benefits make up a little for the pay, but when you dig 100 to 300ft ditches in 110 degree heat, you begin to wonder what you are doing. There are easier ways to make money, but they are a good company, just wish prices were better.
