There was no specificity of whether it was in system or in the headend.
If it is coming off the bird with the problem, then it is most definitely not sweep.
My suggestion is related to system or where the combining efforts versus testing in the headend takes place.
I have seen many technicians assuming that the problem is coming off satellite just to find out that the test was taken off a combining test point after sweep insertion.
