I am looking for a "Midspan Central Tube Splitter" for doing ring cuts on Fiber. I have been told that Alcatel maybe has one but I have not been able to find anything. I have one that is a aluminuim block with springs that you squeeze the only markings on it are "961B" with a OD .240 IN. I don't know who makes this and have tried searching everywhere and no luck.
