I have worked for 180 and can tell you that the company is honest. But they do have their problems like any other. They pay on time and accurate. They are a good company overall, although their pricing is a little low. But the tradeoff is the benefits, no retainage, everything but the truck is furnished.
I have not worked for Mastec but have heard both good and bad.
The president of 180 once ran Mastec.
