Re: electric ground rod pounder??

Aside from the For Sale Ads here or other sites similar, I would say that your best bet is to shop around pawn shops. I borrowed one from a guy recently, to take up some cemented slate and tile, who only paid $75.00 for his. It wasn't a Hilti but it chipped like a champ.
