I would be doing the bidding.... I have had 2 offers, but since I have been out of touch with the pricing end of it, I am not sure what is a fair price for today.
Most of the design and drafting would be smaller projects (80 miles or less), or extension work in the south.
Walk out would be the same.
any info would be helpful
