The 95 is the overhead part of the code. 128 is the underground part. This code has saved many a High Voltage Electrical worker.
I have a funny story about Geo 95 I have worked in California most of my life and I forgot I was in Arizona doing line work and I had a meeting with an Arizona Power inspector about a power supply. I told him I would place a guard arm 5" above our strand and you know what he said. WHATS A GUARD ARM. I looked at him sideways and remembered I was not in CA.
